Bang Bang Vegan Shake

Vegetables are squeezing their way into breakfast and who are you to stop them? Packed with nutrient-rich veggies and delicious fruits, this shake promises an early morning energy spike.

By blending rather than juicing your veggies, you will keep hold of all that fiber.

  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • handful kale
  • a thumb-sized piece of fennel
  • of white grapes
  • half a banana
  • handful baby spinach
  • pinch of parsley  
  • a thumb-sized piece of Ginger
  • 100ml Apple juice
  1. Wash and blanch the kale  
  2. Give all the ingredients a rough chop
  3. Blend together until smooth and enjoy!

Tip: Add a scoop of vegan protein powder and make something delicious even more nutritious.
