First Month Free + £0 Joining Fee Terms and Conditions

Virgin Active Limited whose registered office address is at 26 Trinity Lane, Mansion House London, EC4V 2AR (company no. 03448441) is the promoter of this Offer.

1. If you join a participating Virgin Active health club on a 12-month membership between 1 October 2023 and 31 October 2023, you will not be charged a joining fee and you will receive one month of your membership cost for free. (“Offer”). 
   
2. Example: if you join on 8 October 2023 then your membership will be free until 7 November 2023. On 31 October 2023, your first Direct Debit will be a pro rata amount (covering 8 November to 30 November 2023).
   
3. This Offer only applies to Eligible Persons. “Eligible Persons” are: residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining; are new joiners i.e. individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club at any time in the past 30 days (excluding anyone who has previously been barred from any Virgin Active health club). In addition, Eligible Persons are those agreeing to an applicable membership contract at the publicly advertised membership rate for the relevant club. 4. This Offer does not apply to temporary memberships; corporate company funded memberships; and/or Vitality memberships.
   
5. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
   
6. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
   
7. Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
   
8. All applicable membership contract conditions apply, including our Club Rules and completion of the Health Commitment Statement – ask at your club for details.
   
9. Joining fees apply at The Chiswick Riverside Health & Racquet Club.
   
10. Virgin Active is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise, and in particular, if any such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or the relevant Terms and Conditions connected with this or any other Offer, it shall not be valid. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer may only be offered to you by Virgin Active Limited.
    
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of writing. This Offer and its Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
